The Institute is completely geared towards enhancing education for teachers & students.

We have worked with schools all over Leicester City, programmes which have been funded by the council, as well as the school. The Institute also makes maximum effort to apply for funding in order to deliver its programmes to schools. Visit For Schools

With teaching professionals we work in two distinct, but complimentary ways; first we facilitate professional debates on the state of education by asking fundamental questions, complimented by quantitative, as well as qualitative research.  Our aim is to transform and elevate the role of teachers in schools, as well as society. We hold regular workshops for teaching professionals to gather and exchange, generate and critique ideas to do with enhancing education.

Secondly, we offer training to professionals in teaching; to help leaders develop complimentary cultures & structures in their schools; and teachers to manage & structure lessons to achieve complete buy-in from their students using techniques based on Psychoanalytic & Behaviourial Psychology.
